The Frozen Surfaces Cryo Label is specifically engineered for application to already frozen tubes, vials, and other labware. With a unique permanent acrylic adhesive, it forms a secure bond at -80°C, making it an essential solution for laboratories handling pre-frozen samples. To ensure proper adhesion, surfaces must be wiped dry before application. This label is not suited for automatic application, making it best for manual relabeling and reorganization of frozen samples.
These blank labels are made from a thin white polyester designed to remain stable in extreme cold. The material provides excellent durability while maintaining flexibility for secure adhesion to frozen surfaces. Optimized for thermal transfer printing, these labels deliver high-contrast, smudge-resistant print quality for long-term sample tracking.
The kit also includes thermal transfer ribbons designed to complement the cryo labels for optimal performance. These ribbons ensure crisp, long-lasting print quality for barcodes, text, and other identifiers.
