In 2022, Computype was recognized for the first time, ranking 37th out of 75 in the mid-size company category. Since then, we’ve continued to uphold our values of collaboration, innovation, and putting people first. Less than 3% of companies that enter the mid-size category receive this award, making this achievement even more special for us.
What is the Star Tribune Top Workplaces Award?
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces Award is based entirely on employee feedback. Administered by Energage, LLC, the anonymous survey evaluates 15 critical culture drivers that determine the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. To be considered for the award, companies must achieve a minimum 35% employee response rate. Computype is proud to consistently meet these benchmarks, demonstrating our commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
