Engineered for precision in molecular biology, clinical assays, and drug discovery, these microcentrifuge tube labels maximize space for barcodes and numeric identifiers. Each set includes circular cap labels and a compatible thermal transfer ribbon, ensuring durable, reliable results.
The kit includes rolls of white polypropylene pressure-sensitive labels with a permanent adhesive with a high initial tack. Each label is die-cut into our unique bullet shape, designed to conform to the curved surface of microcentrifuge tubes while maximizing printable space. The label set also includes two circular labels for tube caps. The squared dimensions measure 1.2″ x 1.5″.
The included resin thermal transfer ribbon, measuring 110 mm x 74 m, ensures crisp, durable printing on the provided labels. Engineered for compatibility, the ribbon pairs seamlessly with the label material to create resistant and long-lasting prints. It is also optimized for use with the thermal transfer printers listed below.

These microcentrifuge labels are crafted to meet the unique demands of high-speed centrifugation and extreme lab conditions. The durable polypropylene face stock resists chemicals, moisture, and abrasion while maintaining adhesion during rapid spinning. Engineered for precision, they ensure reliable labeling on curved microcentrifuge tubes, even in challenging environments.
Our labels are carefully engineered and constructed to meet the specific demands of microcentrifuge applications. Rigorous testing ensures reliable performance under challenging conditions, from high-speed centrifugation to chemical and solvent exposure.Â
The labels use a white polypropylene face stock with a gloss finish, providing sharp print quality for barcodes and identifiers. This material is chemically inert, resisting degradation from solvents.
A rubber-based adhesive ensures a strong bond, even on curved or low-energy surfaces. The permanent, high tack adhesive remains effective with exposure to a wide range of chemicals.
The labels are backed by a sturdy paper liner for easy handling and precise application. The liner’s design facilitates smooth label dispensing, reducing application errors and ensuring consistent results.
These labels are optimized for thermal transfer printing, using a matching thermal transfer ribbon to ensure crisp, durable results. Designed to fit a 3-inch printer core, they are compatible with printers from trusted brands like Zebra, cab, and TSC, which we proudly support for their reliability and performance.
Every layer of the label—from the face stock to the adhesive and liner—plays a role in printer compatibility, and we meticulously test our materials with several popular printer models to prevent issues like jamming or misalignment. Our team of experienced engineers ensures that each label meets stringent quality standards for smooth, trouble-free printing. If you have specific printing needs or encounter challenges, our team is always ready to provide expert support.

Print blood bag labels as needed using live data from blood bank systems. Generate labels during collection, component processing, or labeling steps, with donation identification numbers, product codes, and variable data applied at the point of use. This approach supports workflows where blood data updates in real time and requires immediate, accurate identification.
Set up a complete labeling workflow using the right materials and equipment to print and apply labels directly during blood collection, component processing, and blood bank handling workflows.
Start with blank label stock engineered for flexible PVC blood bags.
Print high-resolution barcodes and text for complex blood label layouts.
Use included thermal transfer ribbons to produce durable barcode labels.
Integrate barcode software to generate ISBT 128 labels and DIN data.
Print-on-demand labeling fits blood banks and collection centers that generate or update donation data in real time. This includes blood collection sites, processing labs, and transfusion services where blood bags are labeled on demand, and workflows require immediate, accurate identification without relying on pre-printed labels.
Get blood bag labels professionally printed with controlled data, advanced converting, and durable materials. Eliminate in-house printing while ensuring every label meets performance requirements for blood bank use, including handling, cold storage, and transfusion.
Pre-printed labeling combines controlled printing, advanced converting, and durable materials to deliver consistent, ready-to-use blood bag labels. This approach removes variability from in-house printing and ensures every label meets requirements for DIN accuracy, barcode performance, and reliable identification across blood bank workflows.
Receive pre-printed labels with guaranteed unique DIN sequences, controlled serialization, and validated data across batches and production runs.
Maintain consistent DIN formats to ensure accurate identification across blood bags, segments, and associated components.
Use engineered label constructions designed to resist edge lift, moisture, and routine handling, helping maintain adhesion and readability throughout blood collection.
Pre-printed labeling fits blood banks and collection centers that manage high volumes of donations and require controlled, repeatable identification. This includes blood collection sites, processing facilities, and transfusion services where standardized labeling, consistent DIN assignment, and stable data support efficient, validated workflows without frequent changes.
In laboratory environments, data often isn’t final until the last moment—at the bench, at the instrument, or during sample handling. Printing labels on demand helps ensure each tube or vial reflects the most accurate information, while fitting naturally into the way your work actually happens.
