The kit includes 100 Type 1 borosilicate glass flat bottom vials, pre-marked with a linear barcode and 10-digit numeric sequence on the side. Using ceramic bonded labels, these vials are impervious to chemicals and withstand extreme temperatures from cryo storage to 900°F, ensuring durability.
Each vial is paired with a black phenolic screw top cap featuring PTFE/14B rubber liners for a secure and airtight seal. These caps offer excellent chemical resistance and temperature stability, ensuring compatibility and reliability for demanding analytical and pharmaceutical workflows.
